Using your own selection of images of historical buildings and local landmarks, Sue Rowland, a local textile designer, will help you create your own piece of silk painting. You will learn how to develop design and pattern, outline on silk and explore this relaxing, vibrant painting technique. All images and materials will be provided, just come along prepared to ‘get creative’. Be warned you may get hooked on this technique – silk painting is fun!
